My voice is still on vacation without my permission, but I'm hoping it returns by Thursday. With illness and busy schedules taken into account tonight became my first night off in quite awhile. So I decided to take advantage of my freedom and treat myself to a movie. I decided on an afterwork showing of "Lost in Translation." Though it was not mainstream at all in its content the portrayl of the emotions of loneliness and love was thourough and easy to connect to. That juxtaposed (my favorite film word) with its setting of Tokyo helped build a strong connection to me, myself, and I.
I also got a chance to enjoy MNF Bears v. Packers. At least it was enjoyable for about 3 minutes. Man the Bears have started to fall apart.
Tomorrow will be guitars, accoustic and electric, recorded back in Half Moon. Thursday night we will finish up with keys and vocals(if I'm able to sing ever again). The demos sound great so if I never find my voice again I'll be mostly satisfied, but I'd prefer to really rock out at the ProStudio.
Sounds like the Bears just did something, so back to the TV. Later Folks.
