The Pomp and Circumstance of my return home have died down. It's time to refocus and prepare for the shows. We begin tonight at Chez Lerner, a venue known for having challenging acoustics and a history of strained performances. I look to break those precedents with my greatest solo show to date.
More exciting and impressive is that the CD's are getting purchased at a high rate. I actually do not think I will have many to return to San Francisco with. Cash Flow rules!
Last night my friends and I continued a wonderful Thanksgiving tradition, The Keg of Evanston. This year featured a lot of new faces from the last, a lot of good gossip and story swaps, our unofficial 5 year high school reunion, and of course $3.00 32oz Thirsty Thursday Beer Steins. I had a coke.
Today looks to be mellow with a slight chance of a movie outing. That means its practice time so that I'll be ready for Showtime. Ladies and Gentlemen, 9 hours till curtain....
